HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?

We have a few configurations that will work for any of our themed parties.

Generally a 12′ x 12′ space will give you plenty of room for a 5 person party. 

We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Please be reminded that if you are having the tents face towards each other, there needs to be enough room to walk in the middle of the room for guests to access their tents.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?

As soon as possible!  Since we are mostly a weekend business, we will book up fast. Please contact us as soon as you know your date so that we can help you create lifelong memories for your kiddos!

HOW DOES THE DIY OPTION WORK?

Once you have set up the party and paid your party fee, we will arrange for you to pick up the party supplies from us (In Scioto Reserve in Powell) You can pick them up on the day of the party and they must be returned by 7:00pm the following day. (Arrangements can be made for a later return if your return date falls between Monday and Friday)

All DIY parties receive a price reduction.

We will provide you with easy to follow step by step instructions and pictures. All items are easily transportable in carrying bags as well as Rubbermaid Containers. Our goal is to make the DIY as easy on you as possible.

CAN I FIT ALL THE ITEMS IN MY CAR WHEN DOING THE DIY OPTION?

You will need a Crossover, SUV, Truck or Minivan to carry all of the party items. The tents are collapsible but they do take up some room.

CAN I ADD EXTRA TENTS?

Yes, the charge to add a tent to any party is $35.00 Full Service and $30.00 DIY per additional decorated tent.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Currently we do full service teepee and tent sleepover parties within 30 minutes of Scioto Reserve Country Club in Powell, Ohio. 

The DIY option is available for all other areas.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE PARTY ITEMS?

As parents, we take the cleanliness of our tents and accessories very seriously.

All tents, rugs and inflatable mattresses are steam sanitized and spot cleaned after each party.

All blankets and bed sheets are washed in fragrance free detergents after each party.

If your child has an allergy and you require a special detergent/cleaning procedure, please let us know and we will do our best to facilitate your request.
